Any offer is independent of any other offer and are not valid in conjunction with any other offer.
Offers and promotions apply to one person and one service per visit and are not accumulable.
Offers may apply to certain services or members of staff only. We will attempt to publicise such information, but cannot be held responsible for any error in doing so.
To receive lifetime discount on cut and colour offer you must have completed at least one paid salon service that includes a cut and blow dry and a colour service that conforms to these terms and conditions or the stated terms and conditions of that offer at the time of issue.
Any promotional or special offer card(s) offered have no cash value and are not reimbursable.
Any product offered in conjunction with any offer is offered solely at the salon’s discretion and is non-negotiable. Most complimentary hair products will be of trial size and are given as an introduction to professional products. Any complimentary product offered has no redeemable cash value, and as such products are not for resale.
Product points are awarded for the full payment of a salon service. They are not awarded for the purchase of any hair products.

Product points may only be used for the purchase of hair products and not as part/full payment of a service.
Product points are not available to any member of staff. This includes any family member who does not pay the full current rate for any services they receive.
